Los Angeles Angels Of Anaheim Among Baseballs Elite
While they did make the playoff in 2009, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim would surely consider the season a disappointment. To have a team that was as stacked as this team and not get to the World Series is hard to digest. While it is easy to justify any of the Big Three getting to the show in 2010, The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim will be there neck and neck with the Yankees and Red Sox once again.
The Angels boast one of the best starting rotations in the American League and Jered Weaver is leading the way. He did everything that a number one starter is supposed to do last year and will do the same again in 2010. While it was his first time throwing 200 innings in a season, he still managed to have his second best season (surpassed only by his rookie season in terms of ERA) and had a career high in wins with 16.
The fact that the Angels were able to get Kazmir at the end of last season is amazing. They managed to snag the best pitcher of the defending AL Champs and adding him to this rotation for a full season should pay incredible dividends during 2010. While he was merely mediocre with the Devil Rays, the change of scenery obviously went over well as he finished strong and posted a 1.73 ERA during his limited time with the Angels.
This is another team that has quite a few players coming off of career or near-career years and if they are able to keep that momentum going, they should be able to wreak havoc in a very competitive division. They will surely dominate their games against the Central and their only real test will be when they play against the powerhouses of the East. However, those games will give them an idea where they stand and if they will be able to make a run in the playoffs this season.
On the contract front, the Los Angeles Angles of Anaheim have quite a few players heading for arbitration. Leading the way was their young shortstop stud, Erick Aybar. After hitting .312 and putting up his best numbers in every category in 2009, you cannot blame the Angels for wanting to see it one more time. Prior to last season, his best year had him hitting .277. The positive side of this is that many of these players will be trying to play their way into bigger contracts next season and every one of them will be looking to have a huge year.
While Angels fans usually always have reason to run to the ticket gates, this season looks to be especially promising. With a stronger pitching staff to start the season, the Angels are definitely set up to keep the fans happy this season. It will come down to battling it out with the East, but what better way to do that than to add a pitcher from one of the top teams in the division. Get your tickets early because come August, the team will be deep into the playoff hunt and it may just be the hottest ticket in LA.

What is the Los Angeles Angels Anaheim FONT?
I am looking for two. One is the official angels logo font. And the second is the rest of the "FAN STRONG" logo. I read in multiple web-site as Truscan for the logo but i looked up that font and it's nonesense backward letters.
Anybody?
